Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

The Donutelier Loyalty Scheme (“Loyalty Scheme”) rewards customers for their continued support by offering points for coffee purchases, which can be redeemed for a free coffee and croissant once the required number of points is collected. By participating in this Loyalty Scheme, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning Points

  • Customers will receive one point per coffee purchased at any participating Donutelier location.
  • To receive a point, customers must present their digital loyalty card at the time of purchase. Points cannot be issued retroactively for past purchases.
  • Multiple coffees purchased in a single transaction will each receive a point (e.g., if a customer purchases three coffees in one transaction, they will receive three points).
  • Only full-priced coffees qualify for a stamp. Coffees purchased with discounts, promotions, or vouchers may not be eligible.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple loyalty cards.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  • Once 10 points have been collected on a single loyalty card, the cardholder is entitled to one free regular-sized coffee of their choice, including any modifications such as dairy-free milk alternatives.
  • The free coffee reward also includes one complimentary croissant, subject to availability.
  • Both the coffee and croissant must be redeemed at the same time—they cannot be claimed separately.
  • The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, other food or beverage items, or store credit.
  • The reward must be redeemed in-store and cannot be used for online orders, delivery, or mobile app purchases.
  • Customers must present their completed loyalty card at the time of redemption. Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.

4. Validity & Expiry

  • Points can be collected from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
  • All rewards must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
  • Any unused points or unredeemed rewards will expire after this date and cannot be carried over into future loyalty schemes.
  • Donutelier reserves the right to terminate, modify, or extend the Loyalty Scheme at any time without prior notice.

5. Additional Terms

  • Donutelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel points or rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • The Loyalty Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special offer unless explicitly stated.
  • Donutelier employees, partners, and affiliated parties may be excluded from participating in the Loyalty Scheme.
  • By participating, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated or modified at Donutelier’s discretion.
