Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The promoter is Donutelier.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  • Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • No purchase necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry requirements for each giveaway will be stated in the corresponding Instagram post.
  • Entrants must follow @donutelier to qualify.
  • Standard entry may include:
    • Liking the giveaway post
    • Tagging friends in the comments
    • Sharing the post to Instagram Stories (if stated)
  • Each tag counts as one entry unless otherwise specified.

4. Entry Period

  • Each giveaway opens when the daily post is published.
  • Each giveaway closes at the time stated in the post.
  • Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be contacted privately via the official @donutelier Instagram account only.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
  • If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • If the winner is not available to use the prize within the timeframe mentioned in the post, the promoter may select a new winner.

6. Prizes

  • Prize details for each day will be listed in the relevant giveaway post.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
  • The promoter may substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.

7. Prize Collection

  • All prizes must be collected in-store at Donutelier, London.
  • No shipping or delivery is available.
  • Winners will be informed of any relevant collection timeframes.
  • The promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner to collect their prize.

8. Verification

  • The promoter may request proof of age, identity, or eligibility.
  • Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification.

9. Disqualification

  • Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, inappropriate, or non-compliant with these terms may be disqualified.
  • Entrants using multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate entries will be removed.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be used solely for administering the giveaway and arranging prize collection.
  • Data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.

11. Liability

  • The promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.
  • The promoter is not responsible for technical issues on Instagram.
  • Entrants acknowledge the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

12. General

  • The promoter may amend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances require.
  • Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
